Ergonomic design and visual appeal are of course the first impressions that attract people towards a simulator however for owners and operators safety, quality and reliability are of equal if not greater importance. AI Group has taken great care to ensure that its products are designed and manufactured to satisfy both the engineers and marketers within customer organisations.

Designed to meet the most stringent health and safety regulations in the world and manufactured to the exacting quality control standards of ISO 9001-2000 AI Group takes safety and quality very seriously. Upon installation therefore customers can be assured that they have taken possession of world class products that meet world class quality and safety standards. But, in reality, installation is where customer relationships begin.

AI Entertainment Products is the prime customer interface 'post contract' for technical support. Operating from a central base in the UK, the company maintains a massive parts inventory as well as a team of experienced, factory-trained engineers. From this base it can provide support and parts anywhere in the world either directly or via an international network of accredited service agents.

Services available from AI Entertainment Products:

Installation & Commissioning:
AI Group's factory trained engineers supervise simulator/theatre installation.

On-Site Training:
Post installation, training of customer's operator and maintenance staff in day to day procedures and requirements.

Additional Training:
Training additional members of customer's operating and/or maintenance staff - on-site or at AI Group's facilities.

Support 'Hotline':
18 hour per day, 7 day per week telephone support, manned by fully trained engineers.

Spares & Repairs:
Supply of spare parts and repair of components.

Field Support:
Where faults cannot be rectified by phone or it is impractical for items to be returned for repair, AI Group engineers will travel to site.

Technology Upgrades:
On-site upgrades to equipment in the field, ie 3D visual upgrades to Morphis MovieRide Theatre or DVD upgrades for Venturer.

Warranty Claims:
During the first year of operation, technical support, spare parts and repairs.

Planned Maintenance:
Post warranty contracts tailored to customer requirements covering planned maintenance visits and emergency site call outs.

Equipment Relocation:
Engineering assistance with relocation of existing equipment within same site or to new venue.

Joint Venture Operations:
Installation, training and management of J/V operations
